Neste domingo (26) acontece a noite de entrega do Grammy, a mais importante premiação dos Estados Unidos, capaz de lançar novos talentos e consagrar estrelas da música dentro e fora do país.
Em sua 62ª edição, o Grammy deste ano irá ser transmitido pela TNT, com apresentação de Dane Taranha e Sarah Oliveira. A novidade vai ficar por conta da cobertura do tapete vermelho pela emissora, que será comandada pela dupla Phelipe Cruz, do Papelpop, e Fernanda Soares.
O Grammy 2020 irá entregar prêmios em 84 categorias, nas quais concorrem artistas como Lizzo, Billie Eilish e Lil Nas X, líderes em indicações.
Apresentações confirmadas
Neste ano estão confirmados shows de Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Jonas Brothers, Rosalía, Camila Cabello, Aerosmith, Run-D.M.C, Charlie Wilson, Bonnie Raitt, H.E.R. e Tyler The Creator.
Quem também deve brilhar no palco do Staples Center, onde rola a festa, é o casal Blake Shelton e Gwen Stefani, que apresentam seu novíssimo dueto “Nobody But You”. Porém, a expectativa está mesmo em torno de Demi Lovato. A cantora escolheu a ocasião para fazer seu retorno após a overdose de 2018. Pra abrir os trabalhos desta nova era fase, ela deve cantar o single “Anybody”.
Também haverá um tributo ao Prince, tendo como curetora Sheila E., percussionista que trabalhou com Prince durante muitos anos. Além de músicos da banda do cantor, a Revolution, os convidados para fazerem parte do tributo deverão ser St. Vincent, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Juanes, Foo Fighters, Chris Martin, Beck, Earth Wind & Fire e Mavis Staples.

Lizzo e Billie Eilish lideram as indicações, concorrendo a 8 e 7 categorias, respectivamente. Lil Nas disputa seis gramofones, entre eles Melhor Clipe, Artista Revelação e Álbum do Ano.
